📦 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

🚚 Shipping Information

All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in China.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, customs inspections, holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

🌍 International Shipping & Customs

Customers may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Serevia™ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or local postal services.

📦 Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the courier system.

📦 Returned or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, additional reshipping fees may apply.
