At Serevia, your satisfaction is our priority. While we hope you love every product, we understand things happen. Please review our policy below:
🕒 Return Window
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for most items.
- Defective or damaged items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
📦 Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Returns of opened or used skincare products are not accepted unless the item is confirmed defective.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
🚀 How to Start a Return
- Email us at support@sereviashop.com with your order number and the issue.
- If eligible, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.
- Ship the item back within 7 days of label issuance.
💳 Refunds
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear after processing.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made a shipping error or the product was defective.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Opened skincare products (unless defective)
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Items returned without approval
