At Serevia, your satisfaction is our priority. While we hope you love every product, we understand things happen. Please review our policy below:

🕒 Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for most items.
  • Defective or damaged items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

📦 Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
  • Returns of opened or used skincare products are not accepted unless the item is confirmed defective.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

🚀 How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at support@sereviashop.com with your order number and the issue.
  2. If eligible, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.
  3. Ship the item back within 7 days of label issuance.

💳 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Allow 3–7 business days for the refund to appear after processing.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless we made a shipping error or the product was defective.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened skincare products (unless defective)
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Items returned without approval
